Hi neighbors! I am Paul Stout and I am extremely excited about representing you as one of
your Village Trustees.
I am a proud United States Marine Corps veteran who served from 1988 – 1998. I got out of the Marine Corp in Illinois in 1998 and my wife and I established a home in Wheeling, IL for 3 years before we moved to Round Lake Beach in 2002.
Round Lake Beach will forever be the village that my family calls home. My wife, Michelle and I have proudly raised our son Hunter here since he was a year old. My son and daughter from my first marriage would often visit us and enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere that our village offers. The safety and warmth of our village has always been welcoming.
Round Lake Beach is a village where kids can still safely play outside, where your neighbors still say hi and may occasionally invite you to a get together, and a place where it is not uncommon for a village police officer to stop and say hi and make sure all is well with you.
I am passionate about the future of our village, meaning I believe our village will continue to grow and prosper, yet maintain its wonderful diversity. I believe our village will keep up with the needs of our residents, yet still have that home town feel, and I believe our village will continue to be a village we are all proud to call home.
In terms of experience, I bring the following items to the table that will help guide me with my decisions while keeping me grounded as your representative:
• Seventeen Years of Residency
• Ten years of serving our country as a United States Marine
• Board member of a non-profit organization for first responders
• Fiscally responsible corporate director for a global manufacturing company
I welcome any questions, comments, or concerns that you wish to bring to me. My contact info is listed above and I look forward to helping in any way that I can.
