The village of Round Lake Beach is working to provide the necessary resources and programs for the community to utilize alternative energy options. 

The Village is committed to the use of clean renewable energy and as a SolSmart Bronze designated community; the village now has an opportunity to use solar on their homes and business.  

Achievements:

In 2019, the Village was designated as a SolSmart Bronze community for creating solar friendly market.
