| The Public Works Department is entrusted to provide, manage, and maintain the infrastructure and facilities
owned by the Village of Round Lake Beach. Public Works employees are expected to provide the highest level of service to every customer.
The Public Works Department is located at 911 Lotus Drive, Round Lake Beach 60073 and normal business hours are from
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
If you are in need of Public Works assistance or information during normal business hours, please call
847.546.8752 during the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:30 P.M.

If you are in need of Public Works assistance for emergency services after normal business hours please call the
Cen Com non–emergency number at 847.270.9111 or the Police Department at 847.546.2127, and they will contact Public Works personnel.
The Public Works Department is divided into six divisions:
Administration, Water & Sanitary, Fleet Services, Streets & Drainage, Facilities & Properties, Forestry & Grounds.
