Building Supply Program

This program helps the residents of the Village of Round Lake Beach with purchase building supplies at a discounted price in order to make needed repairs to the exterior of their homes. In the spring of 2002, the village implemented this program to make paying for the repairs easier.

The Building Supply Program works like this:
1. The homeowner contacts the Neighborhood Services Coordinator to receive a coupon issued to the resident for a discount on paint and/or the building supplies needed to comply with the order.
2. The homeowner takes the coupon to Ace, Sears or Kmart for the 10% discount on the supplies.
3. Beginning April 1 and ending October 31of each calendar year.
4. The homeowner may purchase any items within the paint department (i.e. paint, sand paper, brushes) and receive the 10% discount on all of the items. There is no limit on amount purchased.
